This should work for Internet Explorer versions 5 or Higher...
Versions lower than this still have inetwiz,
but they will not look quite the same.

If the computer is "brand new" they might be prompted for location information before seeing the screen below... Just enter the location information-- usually, only the area code, and proceed.

For Sales and Service-> You may be prompted to select a modem at this point, simply leave it on what is already selected and make sure to test the connection at the end of the call. If they get an error stating that their was a hardware failure, or that the modem is not responding, transfer to Technical Support

The screen below will appear only if they already have set up a connection - leave create a new connection checked

Make sure to remove the check for use area code and dialing rules... Ask the customer if they need to dial the area code when making a local call. Enter the entire number (7,10, or 11 digit) in the phone number box.

Always add @localnet.com to the user name here

(The screen below will only come up if they already have an e-mail account set-up on the computer.. Select "Create a New Connection")

Make sure log-on using secure password authentication is not selected.. Never add @localnet.com to the account name

Click <Next> Then <Finish> on the next screen and that's it..
