Uncheck “hang up after sending and
receiving”

Remove any extra mail accounts that are not being used.

All
remaining mail accounts have the connection set as “any
available.”

- Find the user’s connection speed.
- Identify the modem and chipset.
- Limit the speed accordingly. DRY TEST.
- Remove any splitters and surge protectors on the line; also
have the user replace the line from the modem to the wall jack.
- Have user update their modem driver (OEM supported).
- Refer user to telco for line test.

- Disable the Idle Disconnect option. (LN

- Disable the auto-disconnect prompt
