Errors 630, 666, 692, 777

1. Remove any init strings and then reboot.
2. If there are multiple modems listed, make sure the correct one is selected in the connectoid properties.
3. Run a diagnostic on the modem. If it fails to respond or gives a port error, it would indicate a problem with the modem driver, refer the user to the manufacturer or check for RNAAPP in Win9x.
