Access From: Start->Run
You can Launch Sysrestore from here..
Or choose Selective Startup and remove the check for Load Startup Items to prevent additional software from loading at start-up..
Or, select the Start-Up Tab and uncheck particular items...
You'll need to reboot, but that pretty much it...
